This opportunity might be right for you! We have a position available starting at 20-30 hours per week. Pay is hourly and commensurate with experience. We offer professional development and free quarterly and birthday massages!

 

We are looking for a Guest Experience Specialist who can thrive in a gregarious and dynamic front desk environment all while providing above-and-beyond service for our guests. The Guest Experience Specialist will be in charge of checking guests in, providing assistance with service selection and education, working with our massage therapists to provide a seamless and blissful experience, checking guests out, overseeing our well-procured retail shop, helping guests find the perfect Wake product for their needs, and other related tasks. Prior spa experience is not necessary.

 

Applicants must be able to work weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays) and evenings.
