I know that we are all very busy.  Life can sometimes get the best of us and we find ourselves over-worked, over-tired, and overwhelmed.  Self care does not have to take up a huge chunk of time … or energy.  Here are a few good reasons why self-care is important and some good suggestions to get you started on your way to a healthier, happier you!
