A Personal Message from our Director of Team Experience

To my Wake family,

We all know it.  We’ve said it many times before.  Life can change in an instant.  We are living that change right now.

It just felt so abrupt.

I miss you, each and every one of you.  You know who you are.  You are the one who sits with me.  You allow yourself to be vulnerable.  You trust me to take care of you. You share. You sit in silence. You are beautiful.  I see you in a way that you don’t see yourself, and …  You. Are. Beautiful.

I have so much I want to say, and yet I find that I don’t have much to say.  The words that keep coming to me are simply that I miss you.  Some days I close my eyes and see each of you in my mind and I wish you health, happiness, peace, and security.

I can’t wait for the day when we have the privilege to sit with each other again.
