We’ve got another edition of our favorite things for the month of August! Our Director of Guest/Media Relations was assigned the very difficult task of picking out her favorite items from our shop and here are her choices:
1. Nourish Organic Skin SolveΒ
I use this stuff every morning. After exfoliating or just washing with my activated charcoal and lavender soap I like to moisturize with organic essential or other oils. This packs such a great punch by both moisturizing and evening out my skin tone. My skin is calmer, softer, and much happier since I started using skin solve–it’s safe to say i’m OBSESSED.
2. Frisky Fish Chill
If you’re pill-avoidant like me you take great solace in knowing there’s an on-the-go aromatherapy treatment for headaches. Just roll some on to your temples or take a few whiffs. I love the smell and my headaches are punched away with mint and lavender essential oils. I have even rubbed it on my feet for a nice pick-me-up for my tired pups. Heels are harsh–take care of your feet, ladies.
3. Live Beautifully Whipped Lip Butter
We carry three scents: honey, peppermint, and strawberry. All of which are mixed with a wonderful tinge of vanilla. I use the honey and vanilla scent every day and with the shea, cocoa butter, and grapeseed oil–my lips have never felt more moisturized and loved. Added bonus: the honey and vanilla scent smells just like cake which is one of my favorite things. I love hearing customers exclaim how great these little babies smell! They’re right–the whipped lip butters are divine.
4. Fox & Beaux Necklace
This necklace has an antique women’s perfume bottle on a 14k gold filled chain. It’s one of the most unique pieces of jewelry I’ve seen around Asheville and it’s made by one of our favorite ladies just for Wake. I can imagine with the long chain really showing off this piece at a party and getting all the right attention for standing out. You really won’t see this anywhere else.
5. JaxKelly Earrings
These gold-dipped obsidian studs are amazing. The studs in general have been flying off the shelves but the obsidian ones are my absolute favorite. There’s a minimalist and cool sexiness to them–the price is just perfect. I hear customers say all the time how unique the and cute these studs are and I just can’t disagree with them. You know the customer is always right!
