Appointment requests are not a confirmation of a booked appointment, they are only requests. We do our best to get to all requests within 24 hours but if your appointment request is more urgent, please call us.
Leaving a voicemail is the most efficient way to reach us due to our high call volume versus repeat calling, as we are committed to responding to voicemails in the order that they are received.
We require a credit card in order to hold your reservation. Appointments cannot be made without a credit card or cash guarantee. We ask all new guests to review our policies and frequently asked questions. Some of our policies may prevent certain guests from receiving services so please encourage all new guests to review them in order to avoid any disruption.
