Calming Bath for Babies and Kids
From 2 months and up.
- A beautiful relaxing mix of rose, chamomile and lavender flowers.
- 1tbs of each flower into a large pot filled with water.
- Bring to boil and let it simmer for 5 mins.
- Cool to touch and pour into bath water…add bubbles if you wish for kiddos!
Grounding Energy Rub
This rub is an excellent way to ground your energy at night.
- Rub organic sesame oil into your feet and put on old socks (they get oily).
- Follow your other nightly relaxation routines and sleep peacefully.
