Calming Bath for Babies and Kids

From 2 months and up.

  • A beautiful relaxing mix of rose, chamomile and lavender flowers.
  • 1tbs of each flower into a large pot filled with water.
  • Bring to boil and let it simmer for 5 mins.
  • Cool to touch and pour into bath water…add bubbles if you wish for kiddos!

Grounding Energy Rub

This rub is an excellent way to ground your energy at night.

  • Rub organic sesame oil into your feet and put on old socks (they get oily).
  • Follow your other nightly relaxation routines and sleep peacefully.
