A Special Acoustic Performance at Wake February 13th with Owen Gibbs

Join us on Wednesday, February 13th for a unique and soulful acoustic performance in the Sanctuary from our own Owen Scott Gibbs.

Owen is an Asheville-based singer-songwriter whose haunting, tender croon sways somewhere between the ethereal lilt of a Celtic bard and the soulful echoes of old Appalachia.

Hailing from the remote and majestic Adirondack Mountains, his distinctive style invokes the magic of nature, childhood, love, and dreams, as well as the darkness of pain, heartbreak,and loneliness.

Whether singing of joy or lamentation, one thing’s for sure: his rare and timeless sound will conjure something deep from within.
