- We are a team based environment due to the communal nature of our spa. This makes our work style and atmosphere unique. Our staff is AMAZING and there is always someone to help you out in a quick turn, offer support with daily duties, and help from others to make the day go by fast.
- Guests remain fully clothed during their massage (only removing socks and shoes), with licensed massage therapists providing massage across three body areas : head, neck, and shoulder; hand and lower arm; and foot and lower leg. We do not specialize in treatment based massage, simply relaxation and restorative.
- The environment is often convivial with groups of 2 or 3 and sometimes large parties visiting us. This further emphasizes the team atmosphere, where several therapists are taking care of a number of guests during a seating together.
- Multiple team leads are involved in our hiring process. Ultimately, our therapist team is a fun, low drama, get it done group and they look to continue to foster this environment for strong workplace goals.
Massage Therapists Who Will Thrive in Our Environment Who:
- Are Looking for the pay stability of an employee based position where you are paid for all of your time. (Our massage staff are paid for all of their hourly work time, plus a healthy commission, plus 100% tips. )

We are mainly looking for Friday am, Sunday pm with fill in weekday shifts. Hires in this position will have access to new open shifts as they come available as well.
Two of the required shifts for this position are Friday am and Sunday evenings.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including deep tissue and trigger point therapy, to address client needs.
- Conduct thorough guest assessments to determine appropriate massage plans.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure safe and effective techniques.
- Deliver exceptional guest service, fostering a welcoming and relaxing environment.
Collaborate with other massage therapist team members to support overall guest satisfaction & wellness.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Monitor guest feedback to improve service quality and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate shift management to optimize therapist coverage during peak hours while maintaining operational efficiency
