We are looking for a Guest Experience Specialist who can thrive in a complex, social, and dynamic front desk environment all while providing above-and-beyond customer service for our guests. The Guest Experience Specialist will be in charge of checking guests in, providing assistance with service selection and education, working with our massage therapists to provide a seamless and blissful experience, checking guests out, overseeing our well-procured retail shop, helping guests find the perfect Wake product for their needs, and other related tasks.
