What makes Wake Foot Sanctuary unique:

• We are a team based environment due to the communal nature of our spa. This makes our work style and atmosphere unique.
• Guests remain fully clothed during their massage (only removing socks and shoes), with licensed massage therapists providing massage across three body areas : head, neck, and shoulder; hand and lower arm; and foot and lower leg. We do not specialize in treatment based massage, simply relaxation and restorative. Guests are always receiving their hand-crafted foot soak as the base of their service, with massage to be included.
• The environment is often convivial with groups of 2 or 3 and sometimes large parties visiting us. This further emphasizes the team atmosphere, where several therapists are taking care of a number of guests during a seating together.
• Ultimately, our therapist team is a fun, low drama, get it done group and they look to continue to foster this environment for strong workplace goals.
• Are Looking for the pay stability of an employee based position where you are paid for all of your time. (Our massage staff are paid for all of their hourly work time, commission days, & 100% tips.)

We are mainly looking for some Tuesday and Wednesday mornings and Saturday availability. Hires in this position will have access to new open shifts as they come available as well.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality massage therapy services.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, fostering a welcoming and relaxing environment.
• Day to day restocking and light cleaning.
• Collaborate with other massage therapist team members to support overall guest satisfaction & wellness.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Truly customer service-driven individuals who love to work while having fun with a team
• Massage therapists licensed in the state of TN.
• Students in the process of obtaining a license - for onboarding of employment in day to day Wake Spa policy with the ability to take guests for services following state license holding.
• Some Nights/Weekend hours required.
